       DROP GROUP - remove a database role

SYNOPSIS

       DROP GROUP name [, ...]

DESCRIPTION

       DROP  GROUP is now an alias for DROP ROLE [drop_role(l)], which see for
       more information.

COMPATIBILITY

       There is no DROP GROUP statement in the SQL standard.
