Creating menu buttons (VtPushButton)

To fill the menus with menu items (buttons) VtPushButton is called once for each button.

Notice the parents of the buttons: $pm for the Kill Selected and Exit buttons, $vm for the Refresh buttons. These parents were defined in the VtPulldown calls shown previously.
