To create a new file, select New from the File menu, and begin typing in the open window.
To edit an existing file, click on the Open button in the toolbar or select Open from the File menu. Then enter the filename in the ``Selection'' field, or select from the list of filenames.
Or, to edit a specific file, you can drop the file icon on the Edit icon or in the open Edit window.
You can include the contents of an existing file in your new file. Click on the Include button in the toolbar or select Include File from the File menu. Enter the file to be included in the File selection pop-up window. The file is inserted at the cursor position.
To exit the Edit window, select Exit from the File menu. You are asked if you want to save any unsaved edits. To cancel any changes, exit without saving.
