The UNIX window (known to command-line users as scoterm) is an X client that emulates the SCO ANSI console; it produces a default window 80 columns wide by 25 lines in length.
Any application that runs on the SCO ANSI console can run under the UNIX window. There is one distinction, however: the UNIX window is a character-based terminal emulator and, therefore, does not support graphics mode or blinking characters.
