xdaemon services the connection requests
of AT&T SVR3.2 X clients.
Typically xdaemon is started by init
from the script /etc/rc2.d/S50xdaemon
when the system goes multi-user.
xdaemon creates a pseudo-tty device node,
/dev/X/nameserver, that AT&T SVR3.2 X clients
open to establish connections
for requesting protocol-specific connection information.
